My name is Neomi Caban and I am jewelry designer and now a lampwork artist, as well. I am a retired Pediatrician with New York City roots, although I presently reside in Pensacola, FL. I moved to Pensacola with my two sons and my dog, Cinnamon to begin a new phase in our lives. Unfortunately, my Cinnamon has passed. I now have Molly.

During some of my spare time, I began designing jewelry for family and friends. With their encouragement I have taken upon the endeavor of starting a jewelry-design business. I have named my business "Carmenique" after my unique and wonderful mother, Carmen.

For 3 years now I have been working at making lampwork beads. This is now my new passion. Due to neuromuscular disease, though, my workshop time is limited. I'm hoping with practice and time to develop my very own bead-style.

By the way, I have a website but I haven't updated it in over a year. It's on my to-do list.
